In collaboration with Meditation Groundwork.

Practical ways to get grounded in a busy world.

How do we return to steadiness and clarity when the mind becomes scattered or life feels demanding? One of the most reliable pathways is also the most intimate: the living body and the natural breath.
In this follow‑up from our session on January 22nd, we continue our exploration of the First Foundation of Mindfulness, expanding into breath awareness as a way of deepening embodied presence. Rather than using the breath as a technique to control or manage experience, we’ll approach it as a subtle teacher — a rhythm that reveals grounding, spaciousness, and insight when we learn to feel it directly.
Come as you are — curious, tired, steady, or scattered — and discover how mindfulness welcomes every state without judgment.

### What to Expect

Through guided practice and shared inquiry, we’ll explore:

  • Embodied awareness through posture, contact, and sensation
  • Breath as a stabilizing anchor for attention
  • How mindful breathing supports emotional regulation and clarity
  • Practical ways to integrate breath awareness into daily life

### Is this for you?

This gathering is open to both new and experienced meditators. The emphasis is on direct experience, curiosity, and cultivating a compassionate relationship with the body as it breathes.
