I am excited to share that our next topic is "Comparing to Others”.

A juicy topic that a lot of us can relate to!

With social media and the technology to check out what others are regularly up to, it is understandable that we have become a culture that regularly compares.

Comparing to others who have partners /husbands.

Comparing to those with kids.

Comparing to those running businesses we want.

Comparing to those expressing their true self.

The list goes on.

And when we spend too much time comparing, we can feel down and disheartened and easily question ourselves.

When I was single, I desperately wanted to have a partner, and I often found myself comparing to others who seemed further along than me.

And that hurt!

Once I learnt to stop comparing, things began to change and I felt much better in myself. And with that, life began to feel better and better.

So come join us, mix with other like-minded women, and set yourself up to feel increasingly good.
