You’re warmly invited to a Free Yoga & Meditation Session offering classical Hatha Yoga practices and a guided meditation in a calm, welcoming space.
This session is for anyone who feels curious about yoga and meditation beyond fitness — and wishes to experience them as tools for balance, clarity, and inner wellbeing.

Classical Hatha Yoga
A time-tested yogic science that works at the level of the body, mind, and energy. These practices help create physical stability, mental clarity, and a balanced inner state.
Guided Meditation
A simple yet profound meditation process that allows you to create a little distance from your thoughts. When this happens, the mind naturally settles, bringing clarity, calm, and inner ease.
You may experience that you are not limited by your thoughts, but can relate to them with awareness.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed.
