Join us for a 2-hour Ecstatic Dance journey with a DJ in a beautiful natural paradise near L’Hospitalet de l’Infant. This is a space to move freely, connect with yourself and others, and express through music—no choreography, no judgment.
Guidelines:

• No talking on the dance floor (to stay present)
• No phones
• Respect yourself and others
• Move however your body feels

Agenda (2 hours):

• Opening Circle & Warm-Up (15 min) – arrival, intentions, gentle movement
• Ecstatic Dance Journey (1h30) – guided musical wave (from soft to peak to integration)
• Closing & Integration (15 min) – relaxation, stillness, shared presence
