This group is open to all conscious embodied Dance, Movement & Meditation practices happening in Mallorca.
INCLUDING:
SURYASOUL® - a Dance Of Life - based on the Chakra system (the 7 energy centers) and the Tao and Yoga philosophies. It includes inspiring rhythms and music from all around the world, the Nada Genres. SuryaSoul® (surya=sun in sanskrit) is a combination of tao movements, dance, yoga, heart, music, meditation and lifestyle. It is an open invitation to every Body & Soul, to all Dancers of Life. We move, we shine, we dance, we sing, we meditate and include!
5RHYTHMS® - Bailar los 5Ritmos es una práctica, una forma dinámica de hacer ejercicio y meditar en la misma respiración. Nos enseñan que la vida es energía en movimiento y nos liberan de cualquier noción fija que tengamos sobre cualquier persona, lugar, objeto o idea.
Nos ayudan a descubrir la sabiduría de nuestro cuerpo, y desatan el dinámico poder sanador del movimiento.

ECSTATIC DANCE - At Ecstatic Dance you can dance how you like. We like to create a space where everybody feels free and safe to express. There is not much watching going on, most people are too busy with their own dance or others. No talking on the dance floor. No talking is a great tool to help you to get out of your mind and into your body, finding that magical moment of dancing bliss much easier.
At Ecstatic Dance the DJ will create waves of fast and slow (mostly) electronic music. This is done with great thought and intent to create the best dance experience possible. It's like going on a journey and the DJ is your tour guide.

Enhance your mental, physical, emotional & spiritual well-being with this body-centered & trauma-informed modality.
It aids to release stress & tension and reduces symptoms of anxiety, depression & PTSD in a gentle way with you being in control at all times. Additionally it re-establishes the much needed body-mind connection which allows you to live life fully.
In today's world, the majority of people is living with a dysregulated nervous system which greatly affects your day to day in all areas of your life: your romantic relationships, your friendships, your health, your work & business, etc.
During a Somatic Breathwork & Bodywork session, you pendulate between activating and calming your nervous system in order to release stuck emotions and energy from your system and learn at the same time to feel safe in your body again. You will remain present at all times and focus on the bodily sensations which makes this a very safe approach.
Conscious connected breathing, movement, touch, sound & voice will support you during this process.Due to the nature of the work and its deep affect the group size is limited to 8 participants max.

Durante una sesión de Somatic Breathwork & Bodywork (Trabajo Corporal somático y respiración circular), oscilas entre activar y calmar tu sistema nervioso para liberar emociones y energía estancadas de tu sistema y aprender al mismo tiempo a sentirte seguro en tu cuerpo nuevamente. Permanecerás presente en todo momento y te concentrarás en las sensaciones corporales, lo que hace que este sea una modalidad muy segura.
La respiración circular, el movimiento, el tacto, el sonido y la voz te ayudarán durante este proceso.
Debido a la naturaleza del trabajo y su profundo impacto, el tamaño del grupo está limitado a 8 participantes como máximo.

Bio Anne-Christin:
Anne-Christin is the founder of SomaFlow - Return to Self and Mentor for Emotional & Somatic Healing and Embodiment.She is a certified Embodied Feminine Flow Teacher, a Somatic Breath- & Bodywork Facilitator as well as an Intuitive Reiki Practitioner and has been on the self-growth journey for more than 10 years now.
Already early on, she noticed that the key element to truly change your life is to integrate movement and intuitive dancing into your practice in order to connect on a body, mind & soul level.
During her own journey, she found that her body had access to so much knowledge and answers that she had been disconnected from for far too long. And once mindfulness practices were actively added to this, she experienced long-lasting effects: Life unfolded beautifully, she was present in the here and now and she noticed how she deliberately was creating her daily experiences and life itself.
Anne-Christin understood quickly that this is how life was meant to be and feel like, however, she realized that the vast majority experienced life much differently. She therefore made it her mission to share these modalities with as many people as possible in order for them to experience this joy, ease and flow on a daily basis.
Living in Mallorca, Spain, she works as a Mentor for Emotional & Somatic Healing with clients online or in person combining all the modalities she has learnt and helping people to move out of overwhelm, numbness & disconnect and back into inner calm, peace & feeling alive.
