This gentle yet powerful practice helps you release stress & tension, ease symptoms of anxiety, depression & PTSD, and re-establish the body-mind connection so you can live life more fully.
In today’s world, most people live with a dysregulated nervous system, which affects relationships, health, work & daily life.
During a Somatic Breathwork & Bodywork session, you pendulate between activating and calming your nervous system, releasing stuck emotions and energy while learning to feel safe in your body again.
You’ll be guided with:
- Conscious connected breathing
- Gentle movement & self-touch
- Sound & voice
You’ll remain present and in control at all times, making this a very safe and supportive approach.
What you’ll need:
- Comfortable clothes to move & breathe in
- A quiet space where you feel safe and undisturbed
- A yoga mat or soft carpet, and a blanket if you like
- Water bottle
