Dancing, moving freely with others is a time tested way to feel connected and supported within our larger ancestral tribe. Let yourself be welcomed by tribal beats, moved by soulstirring sounds, and tap into the magnificence of being alive and present with what is.

Conscious Dance offers a welcoming non judgmental space for community fun and exploring movement in your own way.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or simply curious to let your body flow or be, this session welcomes all. Release expectations, embrace the moment, and discover the joy of uninhibited movement. Come as you are, dance as you feel, and let it be. Can’t wait to be with you on the dance floor!

Venue and Timing

Dance Concept - 佳誠大廈
7 Floor, 230 Wan Chai Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

7pm to 9pm - Doors close at 7:20pm sharp


Please arrive at 7pm so you have ample time to settle in to the private dance floor that has been prepared for you. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and be prepared to dance barefoot or with footwear designed exclusively for the dance floor. No street shoes are permitted.


Session Rates

We welcome your contributions on a sliding scale from HK$100 to 350.


*Sliding Scale Suggestions

$100 - for those with financial need

$250 - Angel Rate to help sustain the practice with an upfront commitment i.e. $1000 for 4 dances to be used over 8 weeks
$350 - Single Session to pay for the room, support facilitators & crew
