Life begins with detaching physically and permanently, and everyday, life continues to invite, or require, us to detach from something. Whether it feels teeth-gritting, relieving, or anything in between, detaching is an essential step to becoming ourselves.

Conscious Dance invites you to Detach from our phones and from taking too ourselves seriously. We invite you tune in to the physicality and menu of emotions that detaching can awaken, and to let this greater awareness guide you through life's detachments.

All are welcome, whether you're looking for meditative movement, shaking off steam, or playing in something new! No dance experience needed, just willingness to Detach!

Venue and Timing

Dance Concept - 佳誠大廈
7 Floor, 230 Wan Chai Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

7pm to 9pm - Doors close at 7:20pm sharp


Please arrive at 7pm so you have ample time to settle in to the private dance floor that has been prepared for you. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and be prepared to dance barefoot or with footwear designed exclusively for the dance floor. No street shoes are permitted.


Session Rates

We welcome your contributions on a sliding scale from HK$100 to 350.


*Sliding Scale Suggestions

$100 - for those with financial need

$250 - Angel Rate to help sustain the practice with an upfront commitment i.e. $1000 for 4 dances to be used over 8 weeks
$350 - Single Session to pay for the room, support facilitators & crew
