Conscious Lesbian Elders Support and Connection
We meet every Tuesday from 10:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Pacific Time
(That start time is 11:00 Mountain, 12:00 Central, 19:00 in much of Europe.)

Aging often brings isolation and loss, and lesbians are included. As we get older, we may face health challenges. So do the people we love. Often we lose people who are dear to us. Climate change and Covid have impacted our ability to be active and social. Loneliness takes a big toll. And it doesn't have to be that way, because we all need the same things. We need each other!

This group exists to help lesbians age 64+ come together each week in an atmosphere of compassion, support and connection, so we can make new friends and fill up each other's lives with warmth, kindness, creative energy, empathy, deep listening and fun.

Our members include practicing and retired artists, musicians, therapists, doctors, published authors, astrologers, a former tennis teaching pro, a juggler and ukulele player, one of the few female Hebrew scribes, and all kinds of other deep thinkers and feelers.
The group has a monthly fee, but offers a sliding scale to make it accessible for all who need it. You can sign up here. We welcome all self-identified women, whether long-time lesbians, just coming out, or anything in between. Our members span their 60s, 70s and 80s. Some are coupled; many are single.

Above all, the Conscious Lesbian Elders group is a place to be connected, seen, valued and heard among peers.

We've got 15-25 regular attendees who have really formed a community. (Members are also encouraged to contact each other between meetings!) We start meetings with a chance for members to check in about celebrations and challenges in their lives. Each meeting includes two or three breakout groups of 2-4 members each, so you can talk deeply with just a few other people. Often, members share poems, show us some of their art, or tell us what's happening (good and bad) in their love lives. Sometimes we have mini-teachings about lesbian dating, lesbian sex after 60, rewiring our neural pathways toward greater happiness, and other topics that matter to us.
