"How real can I be with you?" | An Evening with Jeff Lieberman

Details
Join Jeff Lieberman on June 27, co-hosted by Consciousness Hacking Cambridge and the MIT Museum Studio, for an evening of connection, communication, and curious exploration:
In what circumstances are you uncomfortable sharing exactly how you feel? How could your relationships deepen if you fully showed up and owned your intelligence, power, and heart in the moment? What would change if you didn’t avoid conflict but instead embraced it?
"I’m Jeff Lieberman, a 40 year old artist and scientist ( http://bea.st ) that felt for years like there was something missing in my life. I've spent the last 10 years exploring disciplines ranging from Advaita Vedanta meditation to neuro-feedback to somatic therapy, and discovered many ways I wasn’t being true to myself — not showing up fully owning my power, heart, and intelligence. Whether to impress others, manage other people’s feelings, or to hide aspects of myself out of fear, I had imprisoned myself in a web of beliefs about love and how to be loved.
This won’t be a talk; we will be experimenting on ourselves, to deepen a sense of wonder, connection with each other, and freedom in our lives. Come if you are curious to explore the nature of your experience."
