Join us for a nurturing guided meditation that invites you to slow down, reconnect, and drop into a deeper sense of trust within yourself and staying in the present moment.

We will start with a short breathing exercise, followed by a 20 min guided meditation.

No experience necessary, just a willingness to be with what is.

Please be punctual. We will start at 7:20pm and after that it's not possible to join (it would interrupt the meditation)
