Reiki is a gentle, holistic method of energy healing.
It helps activate universal life force energy and restore inner balance. Through the transfer of energy, blockages can be released, self-healing skills will be activated, and a state of deep relaxation can be achieved.

What you might experience during a Reiki session
In a Reiki session, you'll lie down comfortably in a relaxed setting while I channel energy to the group. Sensations such as warmth, tingling, or deep calm may arise. Some people also report seeing colors, images, or light. It's not uncommon for emotional release to occur—such as soothing tears—as energy blockages are cleared. If this happens, allow it to move through you; it’s part of your healing journey.

Important to know
Reiki cannot be manipulated or forced. The energy naturally flows to where it is needed most to restore energetic harmony and dissolve blockages.

Since 2018, I work as a Reiki practitioner and currently only offer remote/distance reiki in English and German.

Remote Reiki is
a method in which the universal life energy is transmitted over distance. This technique is based on the assumption that energy can flow regardless of physical proximity as long as a conscious connection is established between the Reiki practitioner and the person receiving it. Reiki symbols that Reiki masters have received during their initiation are used.

Please be punctual, we will start at 7:20pm and after that it's not possible to join (it would interrupt the energy healing process)
