Join us to hike Slievenamon and for a nourishing day. 1st an introductory Conscious Connections workshop & a cuppa, followed by an 8k hike. What better way to spend a day exploring and with like-minded singles!

## About the event

This event is for all singles who love to get outdoors and want to Consciously Connect with other
like-minded singles!
We meet in the morning for a cuppa and a Connection workshop to set the tone for the day,
(this is a light introduction to the work we do through games, ice-breakers and communication practices).

We then walk to to the nearby Slievenamon “mountain of women”. This is an 8km out & back trail which is rated moderate - hard. We will have lunch on the trail weather permitting (bring your own)
This is an opportunity to spend a day with like-minded souls, enjoying the outdoors
