Join us in Sligo for a nourishing day. 1st an introductory Conscious Connections workshop & a cuppa, followed by an 8k hike to Queen Meaves Cairn. This is a beautiful sacred site and what better way to explore it than with like-minded singles!

We meet in the morning for a cuppa and a Conscious Connection workshop to set the tone for the day (this is a light introduction to the work we do through games, ice breakers and communication practices).
We then head out on the hike.
A moderate level of fitness is required.
We will have lunch on the trail (bring your own).
This is an opportunity to spend a day with like-minded souls, enjoying the outdoors.
The workshop is a prerequisite and is €35
