This full day retreat will be a slow embodied exploration into the beauty of consent & boundary work and how applicable it is throughout life as well as the positive impact it can have on all our relationships, beginning with our relationship to ourselves.

(This workshop is open to everyone regardless of age, gender or relationship status).

Our aim is for you to leave this retreat with a deeper understanding of yourself, new found courage to show up for what you desire, skills to negotiate with others and confidence to both give and receive no’s with grace and a new perspective.

If you are single - these tools can greatly support all your relationships throughout your current life and any romantic relationship you will enter.
For those who are partnered this day will support a deepening in your connection and give you plenty to integrate and practice after the retreat.

NB: This is the first of a series of retreats I will be offering under the umbrella of Sacred Se/uality.

These skills are in my opinion the cornerstone to healthy thriving, conscious and sacred relationships.

I am delighted to be joined by my friend and co-facilitator Niall Graham who is also very embodied in these teachings.

The space we will be working from is a church space and has been chosen intentionally for this work.
