Conscious people exploring full spectrum living inside and out. Group talk, light yoga, meditation, presentations, outings and healthy food to enrich body mind and heart.

Organizer Gary Justice has a background in Zen/yoga meditation, Hindu/Buddhist Dharma , and a long career in music creation & production.

Mature people and people going through divorce/separation and curious minds of all ages are encouraged to join us.
