What we're about

Meet others interested in constitutional laws, reforms and enforcement; with a focus on organizing by local region, political issue, or party to write petitions or legislative proposals to correct abuses and violations in our current govt at any level we can address in teams. NOTE: Jon Roland is now based in San Antonio. Emily Nghiem is based in Houston. We have contacts in Austin and Dallas, and are also looking to organize team actions and media campaigns in NY and CA where conservatives struggle the most with liberal politics that abuse govt power and process.

PUBLIC PRESENTATION & ELECTION FOR THE NIAGARA COUNTY COMMON LAW GRAND JURY

http://www.meetup.com/TEA-New-York/events/143426242/ As of Oct 1st, 17 County's in NY The people voted to have common law Grand Jury's. “Whenever people are well-informed they can be trusted with their own government” - Thomas Jefferson "The grand jury is an institution separate from the courts, over whose functioning the courts do not preside. This Peoples grand Jury is independent of the government run Grand Jury. The "common law" of the Fifth Amendment demands a traditional functioning grand jury. It is a constitutional fixture in its own right, and the People have the unbridled right to empanel their own grand juries and present "True Bills" of indictment to a court, which is then required to commence a criminal proceeding. Our Founding Fathers with foresight created a "buffer" the people may rely upon for justice, when public officials, including judges, criminally violate the law.” The Grand Jury operates under judicial auspices, without interference, independence from the judicial branch with unbridled power to investigate criminal wrongdoing." Quoted from Justice Antonin Scalia in United States v Williams. Next Countys to follow Wyoming, Erie, Orleans, Chautauqua, Monro and Cattaraugus.
