First exploration meet up where we are using the space to expand and contract our bodies, chalange our boundaries with play, good music, friendly environment, openness and expression.

No expectations to be met, no right or wrong doing, just flowing into being.

A place to discover togetherer through movement the true nature hidden on the depth of our souls.

We will start with some warm up and play guided with great music.

Followed with some flow exercises to help guide us to trust.

We are keeping group small and intimate for this experimental meetings.
