About the panel
Shannon Leahy
Senior UX Manager, Capital One
Shannon has worked at the intersection of words, strategy, design, and people for more than 15 years. She's been an individual contributor and a people manager in different phases of her career, moving between content design and UX leadership roles. Right now, she's a senior UX manager at Capital One.
Shannon calls Richmond, Virginia home, and organizes meetups through RVA Content Strategy. When she’s not exclaiming about error messages, you can find her snuggling up for movie night with her family and their two dogs, Ginger Snap and Muffin. Shannon’s favorite neutral is leopard print. Her superpower is asking questions…lots of questions.
