Search Is a Content Problem: How Metadata, IA, and Governance Shape Discoverability
About the talk:
If you've heard users say they feel that your "search is broken" or that "they can't find anything", they're often pointing to a content problem. Search depends on clear titles, useful metadata, and strong content structure. When those pieces are weak, search results can't help your users. In this session, we’ll look at how to find and fix these problems. Lucy will share how audits, metadata reviews, and simple content changes can improve what users see in search. We’ll also look at how to prevent the same problems from coming back by setting clear content rules and standards.
This will be a hands-on session in Mural. You are invited to listen and participate at the level you're comfortable with.
