– 1-minute intros: name, niche, and a project or idea
2. Breakout Rooms
– Small groups by niche or creative focus
– Share ideas or challenges you’re working through
– Use guided discussion prompts for feedback + support
3. Group Shareback
– One highlight or common theme from each group
– Optional chat poll: “What’s one word you’re leaving with?”
4. Q&A & Next Steps
– Ask final questions or share open reflections
