Tool the docs Devroom @ FOSDEM

The Tool-the-docs Devroom is back at FOSDEM! As usual on the first weekend of February, the FOSDEM conference his happening both on-site in Brussels, and online.

This developer room focuses on free and open source tools for writing, managing, testing, and rendering documentation. Thank you Chris Ward, Kristof Van Tomme and Katalin Fogas for organizing it!
