Continuum centers on awareness — a deep, fluid stream of sensitivity flowing freely.
We meet in this place and play together; games of perception, for all their lightness, are perceptual technology — what we see, hear, or touch is far more fluent and open than we think: there is choice in perception. So we play, not to be childish, but to practice slight adjustments we’d hardly recognize as choices — until we feel how awareness shapes what we see, hear, and touch.
Nothing is asked of your concentration, your effort, or your expertise. What you discover is yourself, in your own time, in the company of others doing the same.
This is what Continuum is: an open field, and an invitation to stand in it for a while.
