### Registration

Registration closes on Tuesday, 2/24/26, to give us time to confirm payment, and create registration lists. There will be no day-of or walk-up registration available. Applications will be processed in the order they are received; full payment is due with your registration — we cannot confirm your space until your payment is received. If registration fills up a waitlist will be created.

### Transfer and Cancellation Policy

Registration is not transferable, please email [fiddlingfrogreg@gmail.com](mailto:fiddlingfrogreg@gmail.com) if you need to cancel. If you cancel through January 27, we will refund your registration amount minus a $20 cancellation fee ($10 for young adults). After January 27, there will be no refund unless we can fill your slot, or at the Registrar’s discretion.

### Fees

Note: if paying via PayPal, $5 per registrant will be added to the prices listed below.

• Adult: $195
• Young adult 18-30: Sliding scale $95-$175
• Youth 12-17: No charge, but must register
• Work trade discount ($95 discount for 4 hours of work): $100. Note: There are a limited number of work trade discounts. Our Work Trade Coordinator will get in touch with you before the weekend. (Some people may be able to work more for a greater discount. Note your interest on the registration form.)
• Every dancer must submit a registration form, whether they are paying or not (for example, dancers under 18 years old, someone else is paying for you, etc.)

### Payment Options

Important Notes

• Your registration will not be complete until your payment has been received!
• Payment via Zelle or Paypal is strongly preferred.
• Registration and payment via Paypal or Zelle will be accepted until Monday 2/23/26.
• Checks must be received by 2/24/26, so should be mailed no later than 2/14/26.
• No payment will be accepted at the door.

#### Zelle (US bank accounts only)

Complete the online registration form, then make a Zelle payment to [treasurer@sccdc.org](mailto:treasurer@sccdc.org). IMPORTANT! Write in the memo section “Fiddling Frog 2026”. Payee will be “Southern California Community Dance Coal”. It is OK to combine multiple dancers’ registration fees into one Zelle payment, but you must include a note saying whom the payment is for.

#### PayPal

PayPal payments will include a $5 processing fee per person, which will be added when you select PayPal as the payment option. After submitting the registration form, you will be transferred to PayPal’s site to make payment, then transferred back to the Fiddling Frog site.

#### Checks

Complete the online registration form, then mail a check for your registration fees made out to “SCCDC” to Cynthia Gregoli, 889 Muirfield Ave, Simi Valley CA 93065. It is OK to combine multiple dancers’ registration fees into one check payment, but you must include a note detailing whom the payment is for. Important: Checks must be mailed by 2/14 to assure receipt. If after that date, you should use Zelle or PayPal or contact the Registrar.
