Abordar el tema de la muerte puede resultar un desafío. Sin embargo, es esencial enfrentar este tema si queremos tener la oportunidad de prepararnos mejor para un evento de vida inevitable.
Death Café Tijuana-San Diego es ofrecido en español e inglés, teniendo como objetivo, facilitar un espacio sagrado, seguro y confidencial donde las personas se reúnen a dialogar abiertamente sobre temas relacionados con la vida y la muerte.
A través de conversaciones interactivas los participantes aprenden a desarrollar un entendimiento más profundo sobre su propria mortalidad, además de obtener el apoyo y perspectiva de otras personas, y las herramientas para iniciar estas conversaciones con su equipo de salud y seres queridos.
La mortalidad es una parte fundamental de nuestra existencia, y aunque pueda parecer aterrador hablar sobre este tema, también nos ayuda a encontrar un mejor equilibrio y mayor apreciación a la vida.
Cubrimos temas relativos con el final de vida, duelo, transiciones, legados y espiritualidad.

Addressing the topic of death can be difficult. However, talking about death can help us overcome challenges and better prepare for the inevitable.
Our Death Cafés & Chats, offered in English & Spanish, aim to provide a sacred, safe, and confidential space where people come together to discuss topics related to death and dying.
Through facilitated and interactive conversations, participants learn to develop a deeper understanding of their own mortality, gain the support and perspective of others, and the tools to initiate these conversations with their healthcare team and loved ones.
Mortality is a fundamental part of our existence, and although it may seem terrifying, talking about it enlightens us to find balance and a greater appreciation for life.
We cover topics related to the end of life, grief, traditions, legacies, transitions, and spirituality.
