After a few months off we're back and will be talking all things bots and voice with:
Kristian Brimble from Just Eat - How we data-drove development of the JE Customer Care Bot.
Dominic Carty from IBM - The real life business impact of conversation-bots in today's market.
Duncan Anderson from Humanise.ai - Hybrid Intelligence - how we can build chatbots that take advantage of both bot and human responses.
James King from Ctrl Group - will present about some recent work involving chatbots that have been deployed in two clinical studies to for people with depression.
We've got a new venue this month while we find ourselves a more permanent home (if you have a nice office with space for 100+ people please do let me know).
