Hi, my name is Jorge, and I am happy to share my time with you all.
I have been depressed, I rode the hole and got as dirty as I knew. I lost, I cried, I grief family, friends, relationships and jobs, I have been addicted, sometimes a victim, sometimes the aggressor. Got hurt and hurt others. All that made me grow and learn, and turn into someone I am proud of today. I believe if I had found a group like this on those times I would have appreciated it.
So I have decided to open a space to share our vulnerabilities and maybe even just let it all out.
There are no medical promises, I am not a practitioner. There wont be magical solutions, I am not a Guru.
The promise is my own experience, full transparency, and a helping shoulder to cry if needed.
Allow me to share my experience and maybe you can see yourself reflected in it, and me in your and all on each other.
