Ride Don’t Hide -for mental health

Come join members of COOC is an event that bring awareness and raises money for mental health in our community.

Go to “cmha.donordrive.com”.
You have to register to ride. Once you do that join the COOC team. There are different km’s, I will be doing the 50 km. We will ride as a group, it isn’t a race. If you choose a different length we can meet up after for food and the festivities. All the ride info is on the “Ride” website; start times, route lengths, map of the route and what is included in your registration fee.
