COOC Annual General Meeting

I invite you to attend the first Annual General Meeting of the club since its incorporation as a Society.

It will take place at the Mission Creek Regional Park on the big lawn across from the EECO center on Wednesday June 11th at 7 pm. Bring a lawn chair if you’d like. There is plenty of parking available. The meeting will run rain or shine.

The agenda will include the election of the directors for the coming year. All the directors have accepted to run for their director positions for another year. The two directors at large positions are open. Nominations from the floor are welcome.

We will briefly present the club's financial status.

It will be an opportunity to voice your ideas and to meet the leadership team and members other than the ones you usually see at club events.

Maybe it will raise your interest to be part of the leadership team. We always need more leaders, they are the backbone of the club.
