HIKE MCDOUGALL CREEK - MODERATE

This is an area that was severely affected by the 2023 wildfire. Last Spring 2024, an event took us up there, it was devastating….everything was ash and blackened trees, you could not even tell where the trail was. Now another year has passed and new growth has changed a lot, which is why I am posting it again.

Bring snacks and water and we will stop at the top to view Rose Valley lake for a break before returning the same way. Poles are very helpful if you always use them.
