Kelowna Nordic Snowshoe
Details
This will be a three to four hour snowshoe out to the log cabin and a bit beyond, depending on trail conditions. The planned route is 9 kms, 200 m elevation gain and includes the trails: Snowy Hilton to the log cabin, and Snowy Way, Snowy Vista back to the main cabin. We will stop for lunch at the log cabin. For those of you on All Trails, we will generally be following the "McCulloch Snowshoe Loop" route.
Meet at Mission Creek Regional Park parking lot at Springfield and Leckie at 915 am (Google maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Wd5S9My3bU6Mt4Ub7) to carpool, or at Kelowna Nordic main parking lot at 10 am (Google maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/GoftHfvyfNH1oWtV6)
A snowshoe day pass costs $10, you can buy online at Day Passes | Kelowna Nordic or bring cash to put in the cash box at the trailhead.
