Knox Mountain Fitness Hike
Details
This is a hike for new and old members to get fit or stay fit. If you’re a member who hasn’t been physically active recently this is the hike for you. The whole point here is to improve our general fitness levels, everyone will be accommodated. The hike will be about 2 hours. Bring water and a snack.
Please make sure your boot spikes are in your pack. We might need them in slippery winter conditions.
Meet at the entrance to Knox Mountain at Ellis St. at 10 am (see map pin).
