Knox Mountain Fitness Building Hike
Details
This is a hike intended for everyone, be they new or old members, to get fit and stay fit. If you’re a member who hasn’t been physically active recently and would like to work on building fitness please come along. The point is to improve our general fitness levels, and everyone will be accommodated. The hike will be about 2 1/2 hours. Bring water and a snack.
Please make sure your boot spikes are in your pack, and use hiking poles as required. We might need them in slippery winter conditions.
Meet at the entrance to Knox Mountain at Ellis St. ready to hike at 10 am (see map pin).
