Wednesday Constitutional - Spring Variations Dilworth Mountain Park

As the warmer weather is upon us I will start changing up my Wednesday hikes, going to a different location every week.

This is about 250 m elevation gain over 6 km or so. Two short, but steep bits will give almost all the elevation.

We'll start at the IGA parking lot in Glenmore. This trip is about one half urban street walking and half on tracks and trails.

Good view over the city from Dilworth Mtn Park. You don't need to sign up, but make sure you are there a couple of minutes early as we will leave promptly at 1 pm.

Dogs are welcome, but on the streets you'll need a leash.
