Calling all COOC event organizers - this is our first semi-annual meeting at which our event organizers can get together to exchange ideas, discuss best practices, and bring up any issues that need airing. Board members will be there to listen and see how we can help. Upcoming Board changes will also be discussed.

We will be handing out emergency blankets and a small first aid kit to all event organizers who need these items.

ALSO INVITED: any member who could be interested in becoming an event organizer. You are not making a commitment by attending this meeting.

Meet at MEC at 3:30pm on Saturday, May 2. The meeting room is at the back of the store. We have the room for 2 hours, but that doesn’t mean the meeting will last that long!
