COOC Annual General Meeting

We invite you to attend the second Annual General Meeting of the club since its incorporation as a Society.

It will take place at the Mission Creek Regional Park on the big lawn across from the EECO center on Thursday May 28 at 7 pm. Bring a lawn chair if you’d like. There is plenty of parking available. The meeting will run rain or shine.

The agenda will include the election of the directors for the coming year. Four of the existing directors have agreed to run for director positions for another year. Three other members have agreed to run for the remaining three director positions.

We will briefly present the club's financial status.

It will be an opportunity to voice your ideas and to meet the leadership team and members other than the ones you usually see at club events.

Maybe it will raise your interest to be part of the leadership team. We always need more leaders, they are the backbone of the club.
