Wednesday Constitutional - Lost Lake Loop

Hi,

We have all done Lost Lake in the Myra-Bellevue many times. I have had a bad habit of always going the same dependable route, but I feel the need to mix it up a bit this time. I am going to do a few trails that I have not done before and make it a loop. I think the trails are well used by others so probably nothing dramatic, but a line on a map might not be as well used as it appears.

This might add a new wrinkle or two if all trails are not well developed or haven't been used for years. I am still aiming for the usual two hours (but possible plus a half hour) trip over 10 km. Not huge uphill, but a couple of sections that should have you huffing and puffing a bit.

Don't forget your maple leaf as it is Canada Day!
