Wednesday Constitutional

Hi,
After a long, hot, smoky summer I am returning to my wandering Wednesdays. Start this coming Wednesday at Ballou Park for a quick two-hour jaunt around the Glenmore Highlands.

Dogs welcome.

People welcome too. Don't need to sign up, just show up if you fancy a walk in the woods.

Approximately two hours long and six or seven kilometres long with 200 to 250 m elevation gain.
