Wednesday Constitutional - Glenmore Highlands North

The usual Wednesday morning mix: you, me, a few others doing a couple of hours of exercise in the woods. We'll start in the Wilden subdivision, where parking is on the street.

I have heard that people sometimes struggle with the pin, so head for the corner of Begbie and Union Road.

The hike is open to you, me, club members of any ability, and your dog. The trails are well marked. A few steep spots but nothing too awful. Probably 7 km with 200+ m elevation gain over a couple of hours of moderate toil.

The sun will shine, the birds will sing, you will get to appreciate a fine day in September.
