We're Back: Melbourne Cup Backyard BBQ Lunch

Here's a last minute tentative step back towards hosting a real world event, and one for those who haven't yet made any Cup Day plans.
Within Covid limits (max 20 visitors), we'll use the big race as an excuse for a midweek daytime party at my place in Randwick.

I'll provide all the usual party basics plus a Sausage, Chicken and Falafal Sizzle and a glass of sparking wine for everyone. And my 55inch TV will be tuned to the broadcast, the race itself is at 3pm.

Please feel free to bring along a small plate of nibbles to share if you can plus whatever else you'd like to drink. And please do dress up, it is the Melbourne Cup after all. I'll be dusting off the suit!

There will be a $10 cover charge at the door to cover the cost of the BBQ and the Sparkling Wine etc. We will also run some $5 sweeps, so please bring some cash.

Please note that this event is only open to those who are double vaccinated. Please have proof of your vaccination status available on the day.
