Hello together!

for our Cook-Tandem in October we will make a delicious elderberry soup with semolina dumplings. Elderberry soup is packed with a lot of vitamins and has an amazing health benefit. The recipe is gluten-free.

For dessert, we’ll bake a quince tarte. Quinces are in season right now, making it the perfect time to enjoy them. I picked up some fresh ones from my local market.

Just come and have fun. I will buy the ingredients and prepare the cooking space. You don't need to bring or prepare anything.

We will share the costs of ingredients which is 10 Euro per person. You pay in cash at the event place.
