Cook-Tandem: "Förtchen" dough balls from the Futtscherpfanne - sweet & savor

Hello everyone!

Come with us and discover the many possibilities of the Futtscherpfanne - also known as the Pförtchenpfanne! In this traditional pan, we bake small, round dough balls called "Förtchen" together, which we prepare sweet or savory.

Förtchen is a traditional North German pastry.

Whether with apple pieces, cinnamon and sugar or with cheese, herbs, fish and fresh vegetables. There will be a gluten free option as well.

Just come and have fun. We will buy the ingredients and prepare the grilling/baking space.

Please bring a blanket or something to sit on and something to drink.
