Join us for a delicious evening of Persian cuisine as we cook and grill some of Iran’s most beloved dishes together! This hands-on cooking session is a great way to discover new flavors, learn about Iranian culture, and enjoy a shared meal in good company.
On the menu:
Persian Swordfish Kabobs – Grilled swordfish marinated in saffron and citrus
Djudje Kabobs – Juicy chicken skewers
Shirazi Salad – A refreshing mix of cucumber, tomato, onion, and lime juice
Mast-o Khiyar – A cool yogurt dip with cucumber, mint, and dried herbs
Persian Rice – Fluffy basmati rice with pomegranate seeds, barberries, pistachios and saffron
Just come and have fun. I will buy the ingredients and prepare the cooking/grilling space.
Please bring a blanket and something to drink.
We will share the costs of ingredients and grill which is together 15 Euro per person.
