Cummins Falls Trail Run

Hope everyone had a great weekend! Every Monday at noon I will be running the loop at Cummins Falls. It's exactly one mile around to the parking lot. I plan on progressing by one extra loop each week. If you enjoy running, walking, or just looking to get in better shape, then message below that you'll be there. This will help hold everyone accountable😁

FYI: The trail has a lot of roots and uneven terrain, so be sure to wear good trail shoes.
