"Typical" Austrian dishes are often recipes that were introduced from far off lands of the Hapsbugs. Among the most popular are Goulash, Knödel (bread based boiled dumplings) and of course Apple Strudel!
We'll make a pot of beef goulash to share and try our hands at Tiroler Speckknödel.
Working in pairs we'll make apple strudels including mixing and stretching the dough, filling, decorating and eating!
We'll need 3 metal 9x13 baking pans, please let me know if you can bring one.
As usual, bring your house slippers and beverages. Appetizers are always appreciated!
