TAMALES!!!!

We're back!
Come to our annual tamale making and gift exchange party!
We will do things a bit differently this year... We will all make our own tamales to take home but will not cook them at the event. I'll supply instruction, masa, parchment and corn hulk wrappers, string to tie, and plenty of pork in red sauce, green chilis and cheese. If you prefer a different filling feel free to bring it.
Please bring a spreader knife if you have one and a container to take home your tamales, ready to freeze or steam at home.
There will be plenty of tamales ready to eat and a pot of mulled wine and Christmas cider. Please bring an appetizer or desert to share, and BYOB.

This year we are adding a kitchen item gift exchange game! Please bring a wrapped, $10-$15, new kitchen item.

This event will be at Dave's house. No shoes! Bring your slippers, socks and aprons.
Material fee is $25, please pay by Zelle or Paypal when registering, pay to David Reinhardt, cooking.daver@gmail.com
