Carolina Cooking School offers in-home or event cooking and tasting menus, each menu is curated to obtain the most enjoyable experience with recommended cocktail pairings
Join in and learn how to prepare dishes and the techniques...while we take you and your guests to pro-level cuisine for you and your family to enjoy. Beginners to intermediate all are welcome. Typically, lessons are taught in your kitchen or mine. The classes are limited to 15, ideally.
