Join me for my much-loved pasta workshop and learn how to make handmade Tagliatelle while sipping and tasting 3 different gorgeous Prosecco wines.
This is a perfect occasion for anyone looking to master the techniques of making pasta by hand. You will learn artisan techniques and find out about ancient pasta making traditions that have been passed down in Italy through the centuries.
I will explain some history of pasta and its different shapes and I'll share a few valuable tips on how to create the perfect pasta dough.
You'll be taught how to make pasta dough from scratch and then we will dress it to impress with a traditional meat ragu' (there will be an option available for vegetarians as well, but please enquiry for any other special dietary requirements).
All the ingredients for your cooking experience will be provided so you don't need to worry about shopping and carrying heavy bags. Included in the package there will be additional glasses of prosecco wine to be served during the class.
This is a ticketed event, taking place in a cosy private apartment in central London, near Victoria station (full address to be given only to the attendees).
One ticket includes:
- 3 hours cooking session, including time to eat the meal;
- All ingredients for the recipe;
- Arrival Aperitivo including a variety of antipasti;
- Prosecco wine throughout the session but you are more than welcome to bring additional drinks of your choice.
- Aprons and pasta tools required for the class.
