Pasta & bubbles cooking class

Join me for my much-loved pasta workshop and learn how to make handmade Tagliatelle while sipping and tasting 3 different gorgeous Prosecco wines.
This is a perfect occasion for anyone looking to master the techniques of making pasta by hand. You will learn artisan techniques and find out about ancient pasta making traditions that have been passed down in Italy through the centuries.
I will explain some history of pasta and its different shapes and I'll share a few valuable tips on how to create the perfect pasta dough.

You'll be taught how to make pasta dough from scratch and then we will dress it to impress with a traditional meat ragu' (there will be an option available for vegetarians as well, but please enquiry for any other special dietary requirements).

All the ingredients for your cooking experience will be provided so you don't need to worry about shopping and carrying heavy bags. Included in the package there will be additional glasses of prosecco wine to be served during the class.

This is a ticketed event, taking place in a cosy private apartment in central London, near Victoria station (full address to be given only to the attendees).

One ticket includes:

• 3 hours cooking session, including time to eat the meal;
• All ingredients for the recipe;
• Arrival Aperitivo including a variety of antipasti;
• Prosecco wine throughout the session but you are more than welcome to bring additional drinks of your choice.
• Aprons and pasta tools required for the class.

Refund and cancellation policy:

• There is a minimum of 4 participants per class and I reserve the right to cancel the class due to insufficient attendees or due to unforeseen circumstances. I will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund.
• The ticket is refundable up to 7 days prior to the event or it can be transferred to an alternative date.

This in-person pasta experience is only suitable for guest aged 18 and
over.

Please send me a message privately to discuss any dietary requirements in regards of the arrival canapes and the pasta sauce and I will try to arrange everything accordingly for you, bearing in mind not all requirements can be accommodated due to the nature of the class.
