Begin your evening with a warm Italian welcome: a glass of top-quality sparkling wine and a selection of Italian antipasti will be waiting for you as you arrive, setting the perfect mood for a fun and friendly pasta workshop.
You’ll then enjoy a tasting of three sparkling wines, learning how to recognise their aromas, flavours, and textures while discovering how bubbles perfectly complement Italian cuisine.
Once everyone is feeling inspired, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and dive into pasta making. You’ll start by preparing fresh pasta dough from scratch, mastering a few kneading techniques and hearing some fascinating stories about pasta’s history and traditions. With guidance, you’ll transform your dough into delicate strands of tagliatelle — one of Italy’s most beloved pasta shapes.
Next comes the cooking and dressing. Your freshly made tagliatelle will be paired with a rich, traditional meat ragù.
A vegetarian option will also be available, and special dietary requests can be accommodated with advance notice.

When the cooking is complete, you’ll sit down to enjoy the fruits of your work. More sparkling wine will be poured, and the room will fill with lively conversation, laughter, and the joy of sharing food together.
To finish the experience, you’ll receive a PDF recipe so you can recreate your handmade pasta at home and impress friends and family.
