Pork Medallions with Mustard Cream Sauce

Lemon Meringue Pie

Introductions first! You just cook as a team on one recipe and you choose the recipe you work on! We all cook together for about 1 1/2 hours and then sit down to eat with more icebreakers! Limited to 4 men and 4 women.

This is a light-hearted, joking around event for people who take cooking seriously.

LOCATION: Diana's home near Wadsworth & Yale, Lakewood. Directions will be emailed a couple days prior to those who sign up. Plenty of easy parking.

CASH: Please bring $35 cash to pay for the groceries.

CONVERSATION: Lots of time to talk in small groups during food preparation.

Meat and seafood are purchased at Whole Foods.

I'll provide you a copy of the ground rules when you arrive, please just read them for now.

COOKING PARTY GROUND RULES
I understand Diana is a volunteer and does this for the fun of cooking together.
DISHES: I agree to help with cleanup and dishes so the kitchen is left tidy after the event. Everything goes in the dishwasher. Only big pots and pots are hand washed.
PRACTICE HELPFUL GROUP BEHAVIOR: If you have downtime on your recipe, ask if other teams need any help.
WASH HANDS: at start of event and throughout the cooking process.
I agree to these ground rules. I am participating at my own risk and will not sue Diana Ohlsson. I understand that burns, allergic reactions or mishaps that I cause or incur will be my responsibility.
